Please dial 111 to access the out of hours service when the surgery is closed. 

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.

Our out of hours surgery cover is provided by Derbyshire Health United. To book an appointment with this service please call our reception team using the normal number.

Appointments are available in the evening from:

Monday to Friday from 6:30pm until 8:30pm, and 9am – 5pm on Saturdays, both at Long Eaton Health Centre and Ilkeston Community Hospital.

This service is also available on bank holidays.
